A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT,
SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONDOMINIUM MAP
OF THE SEASONS AT AVON COMMERCIAL
CONDOMINIUMS, LOT 63, BLOCK 2, BENCHMARK AT
BEAVE:R.CRE:EK SUBDIVISION, 'T'OWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS', Avon Partners II, LLC, has submitted a Preliminary Plat, Second
Amendment to the Condotninium Map of the Seasons at Avon Commercial Condominiums Lot
63, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision, ; own of Aeon, Eagle County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat, Condominium Map has been reviewed by the Town
Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat, Condominium Map was found to be substantially in
accord with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration
as a Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Preliminary Plat, Second Amendment to the Condominium Map of the Seasons at Avon
Commercial Condominiums, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
l.The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
