A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY CONDOMINIUM MAP OF
AVON TOWN SQUARE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS PHASE I, LOT 2,
AVON TOWN SQUARE SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, ATS Joint venture has submitted a Preliminary Condominium Map
of Avon Town Square Commercial Condominiums Phase I, Lot 2, Avon Town Square
Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Condominium Map has been reviewed by Town
Staff-, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Condominium Map was found to be substantially in
accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for
consideration as a Preliminary Condominium Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, that the Preliminary Condominium Map of Avon Town Square Commercial
Condominiums Phase I, Lot 2, Avon Town Square Subdivision is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Staff and
conformance with design review approvals.
2. Completion of all street and streetscape improvements related to Lot 2, Avon
Town Square Subdivision, prior to Final Condominium Plat Approval for Avon
Town Square Commercial Condominiums, Phase I, Lot 2, Avon Town Square
Subdivision.
3. No individual unit may be assigned more parking spaces than the miniumum
required for the total floor area and allowed use of that unit.
