SERIES OF 1995
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELMNARY AND FINAL PLAT OF BIG-
SKY TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 3, BLOCK 5, WILDRIDGE,
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Owner, Peter F. Kyle has submitted a Preliminary and Final Plat ' ,
for the Big Sky Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 3, Block 5, Wildridge, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats have been reviewed by Town
Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plats were found to be substantially in
accord with the design Review-approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the--
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Public Hearing have been mailed and posted
for the Preliminary Plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered all comments received at the Public
Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town'of
Avon, that the Preliminary and Final Plat, for Big Sky Townhomes, 'a Resubdivision of Lot
3, Block 5, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion'of technical corrections as identified by the Staff.
