A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
THE LAKESIDE TERRACE TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 461)
BLOCK 2, BENCHMARK AT.BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS,' Michael Lauterbach, has submitted a Preliminary and Final Plat of
The Lakeside Terrace Townhomes, A Resubdivision of Lot 46, Block 2, Benchmark at
Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff,
and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord .
with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the required Notice of Public Hearing has been posted for the
Preliminary Plat Approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered all comments received at the
Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by-the Town Council of the Town
of Avon that the Preliminary and Final Plat of The Lakeside Terrace Townhomes, A
Resubdivision of Lot 46, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Attorney
and Town Staff.
ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1995
