A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT
AND ADDENDUM TO THE SUPPLEMENT TO AMENDED AND
RESTATED SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT FOR
MOUNTAIN STAR FILING NO. 2, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Mountain Star Limited Liability Company has
submitted a Final Plat and Addendum to the Supplement to Amended
and Restated Subdivision Improvements Agreement for Mountain
Star, Filing No. 2, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado: and
WHEREAS the Final Plat and Addendum to the Supplement
to Amended and Restated Subdivision Improvements Agreement have
been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Addendum to the Supplement
to Amended and Restated Subdivision Improvements Agreement were
found to be substantially in accord with the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the
requirements for consideration as a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that the Final Plat and Addendum to the
Supplement to Amended and Restated Subdivision Improvements
Agreement for Mountain Star, Filing No. 2, Town of Avon, Eagle
County, Colorado is'hereby approved by the.Town of Avon, subject
to:
1. Submittal of appropriate documents to comply with
condition Number 1 of the Preliminary Plat approval.
2. Completion of technical corrections as identified by
the Town Staff.
