A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR THE FALCON POINTE
CONDOMINIUMS, LOT 45, BLOCK 2, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK
SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Points of Colorado have submitted an amended Final Plat for the Falcon
Pointe Condominiums, Lot 45, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the amended Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the amended Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the amended Final Plat for the Falcon Pointe Condominiums, Lot 45, Block 2, Benchmark
at Beaver Creek Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
