A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELU IINARY PLAN FOR LOTS 1 AND 2, AVON
TOWN SQUARE, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, THE LODGE AT AVON
SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO `
WHEREAS, Alfred Williams has submitte& wPrelimmary Plan for Lots 1 and 2, Avon
Town-Square, a Resiibdivision of Lot 1,, Block 1, The Lodge at Avon Subdivision, Town of
Avdk-Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan was found to be substantially in accord with, the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Preliminary Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Preliminary Plan for Lots 1 and 2, Avon Town Square, a Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block
1, The Lodge at Avon Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is-hereby approved.
by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Staff.
2. Recording of the ammended Final Plat for Lots 1 and 2, Avon Town Square
Subdivision.
