A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 1990 TOWN OF AVON BUDGET
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 199D BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY
OF JANUARY, 1990, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER,
1990.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon has
adopted the 1990 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council reviewed the revised
estimated revenues and expenditures for 19M
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF AVON THAT:
Section 1. Public Works Fund That estimated revenues
and expenditures for the Public Works Fund are hereby amended as
follows:

The Town Council of the Town of Avon, in Eagle County,
Colorado, met in regular session, in full conformity with law and
the'Charter, ordinances and rules of the Town, at the Town Hall,
being the regular meeting place of the Council, on Tuesday,
February 13, 1990, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. Upon roll
call, the following were found to be present, constituting a
quorum:
