RESOLUTION NO. 88-21
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT
AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS OF A DUPLEX SUBDIVISION,
A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 40, BLOCK 2, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY AND FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AMENDMENT
NO. 4, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK.
WHEREAS, Robert Brownlee has submitted a Protective
Covenants Agreement and a Final Plat of a Duplex Subdivision,
a resubdivision of Lot 40, Block 2, Town of Avon, Eagla County,
Colorado and Final Subdivision Plat Amendment No. 4, Benchmark
at Beaver Creek; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and related documents were
found to be substantially in accord with the Subdivision Regulations
of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision generally complies with
the requirements for consideration as a duplex subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of Lot 40-A and Lot 40-B-1,
and Lot 40 B-2 and Parcel 40 C is hereby approved as a duplex
subdivision by the Town of Avon.

RE: Resolution No. 88-21
Robert Brownlee has submitted a Preliminary/Final Plat and Protective
Covenants Agreement for a duplex subdivision of Lot 40, Block 2,
Benchmark at Beaver Creek.
The Plat and Agreement have been reviewed by the Town Staff and the
Town Attorney and have been found in general conformance with the
Town of Avon Standards.
