y A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR
TIME SHARING PROJECT - LODGE AT AVON, BENCHMARK
AT BEAVER CREEK, FORMERLY LOTS 57-60, BLOCK 2,
BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK
WHEREAS, the Lodge at Avon Associates has requested
a Special-Review Use for Time Sharing for the Lodge at Avon,
Formerly, Lots 57-60, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held
a public hearing and has determined that the proposed use:
1. otherwise complies with all requirements
imposed by the Zoning Code; and
2. is consistent with the objectives and purposes
of the Zoning Districts; and
3. is deemed compatible with the surrounding
land use and uses in the area; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission.has
approved the Special Review Use for Time Share for the Lodge
at Avon subject to:
1. Reapproval of project design after review
for compatibility as a time share project
and the incorporation of modifications to
design as required by the Commission; and
2. Approval of a revised preliminary plat and
related documents as required for a time-
share project.
NOW:'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Council
of the Town of Avon hereby approves the Special Review Use request
for time,---sharing for the Lodge at Avon, Benchmark at Beaver
Creek, formerly Lots 57-60, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
Subdivision, subject to:
1. Reapproval of project design after review
for compatibility as a time share project
and the incorporation of modifications to
design as required by the Commission; and
2. Approval of a revised preliminary plat and
related documents as required for a time-
share project.
ADOPTED this 11th day of June , 1985.

Dear Mr. Pierce:
At its regular meeting of June 11, 1985, the Avon Town Council
had before it, Resolution No. 85-20, Series of 1985 in respect
to granting a Special Review Use for a Time Sharing Project,
namely, Lodge at Avon, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, formerly
Lots 57-60, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek.
The Planning and Zoning Commission had held 'a Public Hearing
and had recommended approval subject to the following:
1. Reapproval of the project design, after review for
compatibility as a time share project and the incor-
poration of modifications to the design, as required
.by the Commission.
2. Approval of a revised Preliminary Plat and related
documents, as required for a time share project.
Councilman Don Buick moved that the Council approve Resolution
No. 85-20, provided that this approval would expire 18 months
from tonite, if a building permit for the project had not been
issued at that time. *The motion was seconded by Councilman Al
Connell and was unanimously carried by Council.
