A RESOLUTION APPROVING FIIJAL PLAT OF THE LODGE AT AVON
SUBDIVISION, A REPLAT OF LOTS 57, 58, 59, AND 60, BLOCK #2, BENCH-
MARK AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, The Lodge at Avon Associates, a Colorado General
Partnership, has submitted a Final Plat for The Lodge at Avon Sub-
division, A resubdivision of Lots #57, 58, 59, and 60, Block #2,
Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, County of Eagle, State of
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town
Engineer and Town Attorney, and found to be substantially in accord
with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon, and is recom-
mended for approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, that this Plat is hereby approved by the Town of Avon.

This Plat was reviewed by Art Abplanalp and I and was found to be
substantially in compliance with Town rules and regulations.
A Preliminary Plat for this subdivision was approved April 12, 1983,
by Resolution #83-16.
Letters, agreements, or quitclaim deeds for vacation of easements
along the original interior lot lines have been provided by the
