RE: Resolution X684-37
Final Plat, Lots 67/68, Block #1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
The purpose of this Plat is to vacate the common property line
between Lots 67 and 68. The vacation of easements is not in-
volved in this particular case.
This qualifies as a Minor Subdivision, thus, the shorter review
process has been followed.
This Plat has been reviewed by the Town's Engineer and Attorney
and found to be substantially in accordance with Subdivision
Regulations of the Town, with the exception of execution and
completion of various certificates. The applicant has request-
ed conditional approval of the Plat prior to final closing on
the property. The certificates will be completed and executed
after the purchase is finalized. In order to assure that this
process is completed expeditiously, we are recommending the
approval expire in 60 days, if the certificates are not proper-
ly executed within that time frame.
