A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDOMINIUM MAP OF HIGHPOINT
CONDOMINIUMS, LOT 8, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION, T0111N OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO, FINAL PLAT,
WHEREAS, R. S. R. Builders, a Colorado General Partnership,
has submitted a Final Plat for Highpoint Condominiums, a condominium
subdivision of Lot 8, Block 1, Wildridge addition to the Town of
Avon; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Engineer
and Town Attorney and was found to be generally in accord with the
subdivision regulations of the Town of Avon and is recommended for
approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, that this Plat is hereby approved by the Town of Avon,
subject to Plat being filed for record in the Office of the Eagle
County Clerk and Recorder.

Final Plat, Highpoint Condominiums, Lot B, Block 1, Wildridge
Council action on the attached Resolution may or may not be appropri-
ate at the July 24th meeting.
A Blueline of the final plat was received near the end of the day on
'the 18th. The plat was reviewed on the 19th, and my comments, along
with Art=s, were relayed to Intermountain Engineering on the morning
of the 20th. These comments were relatively minor in nature, but
corrected drawings will not be available by the time Council_ packets
are prepared.
The corrected drawings should be completed and submitted in time for
review prior to Tuesday's meeting.
Condominium Declarations were transmitted to John Dunn's office on .
July 20th. The results of the review of these documents is not known
at this time.
The Preliminary Plat for this project was approved by Resolution
No. 82-14, thus all public notice requirements have been complied with.
