FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF ROADS IN BLOCK 4, WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the conditions of acceptance for the roads in
Block 4, Wildridge, Town of Avon have been met, and:
WHEREAS, all repair work required for the satisfactory
completion of the established one year warranty period ending
November 8, 1983, has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon that these roads be officially accepted by the
Avon Town Council for all future maintenance and repairs by the
Town of Avon.
INTRODUCED, PASSED, RESOLVED AND ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED

SUBJECT: Wildridge Roads - Block 4
The roads in Block 4 of Wildridge were accepted for maintenance
by the Town of Avon, Town Council at the November 9, 1982
Council Meeting, Resolution No.#82-29, with the following
conditions:
1. Slope protection be placed at the Northwestern end
of the plateau in Lot 35, Block 4, during the 1983
construction season.
2. Avon Metropolitan District provide slope protection
for the overflow discharge from the water storage
tank on Tract J or provide the Town with a letter
guaranteeing any damage caused by overflow dis-
charges will be repaired at no cost to the Town of
Avon.
The acceptance date was November 9, 1982, with the one year
warranty period extending through November 8, 1983.
This is to verify that these corrections have been satisfactorily
completed along with all repair work required for satisfactory
completion of the warranty period. Therefore, I recommend the
Town Council adopt the attached resolution approving the pre-
viously accepted roads as having successfully completed the one
year warranty period.

ACCEPTANCE OF ROADS IN BLOCK 4 OF WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The Town Council accept the roads in Block 4
of Wildridge subject to the following conditions:
1. Slope protection be placed at the north-
western end of the plateau in Lot 35,
Block 4, during the 1983 construction
season. Any damage occurring prior to
placement of slope protection be repaired
at no cost to the Town of Avon.
2. Avon Metropolitan District provide slope
protection for the overflow discharge
from the water storage tank on Tract J
or provide the Town with a letter guar-
anteeing any damage caused by overflow
discharges will be repaired at no cost
to the Town of Avon.
I recommend an official acceptance date of
November 9, 1982, with the one year warranty period
ending November 8, 1983, subject to the above condi-
tions being met prior to that time.

f; The Avon Metropolitan District Board of Directors agreed at
their regular meeting of November 17, 1982 to provide for
i the removal of all dirt, rock and debris from the roadside
ditch of Wildridge Road East which are deposited as a result
i of overflows from the Avon Metropolitan District water storage
tank located on Tract J, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado, at no cost to the Town of Avon. The Avon Metropolitan
District further agrees to provide for the repair of all,
damage to Wildridge Road East, which occurs as a result of
overflows from said water storage tank, at no cost to the
Town of Avon.
In the event Avon Metropolitan District should request the
Town of Avon remove dirt, rock and debris from the roadside
ditch, or make repairs to the roadway, Avon Metropolitan
District will reimburse the Town of Avon for all direct costs
including but not limited to; labor, equipment, materials,
and outside contracts when necessary.
