We have reviewed construction procedures, test results and other
data regarding the repairs to Beaver Creek Point and Wildridge Road

repaired and it is recommended that the Town Council officially

Re: Wildridge Road East and Beaver Creek Point Roads
Dear Mr. Wood:
I would like to request that you review our field test results on the
repair work done at the distress areas located within the above
mentioned roads.
We have completed all work and at this point I feel we are entitled
to the commencement of the warranty period for these two areas as
we had agreed before. Although the guard rail was not completed in
the Wildridge Road East area due to obvious reasons, it is scheduled
for completion within the next four weeks. However, we do not feel
the guard rail has anything to do with the quality and workmanship
of the road itself.
Please let me know if we can count on your blessing to start the
warranty period of one year as of August 24, 1983, the date on which
the repairs were finished. Thank you.
Cordially yours,
