RESOLUTION NO.# 83-41
SERIES OF 1983
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIr4INARY TOWNHOUSE PLAT FOR LOT 10,
BLOCK 5, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Townhouse Plat has been submitted
for Lot 10, Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been reviewed by the Town
Staff and determined to generally meet the local platting
requirements; Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that this plat is hereby approved subject to the following
conditions:
1) That "common parcel H" be redesignated on the final
plat as one of the units is also designated "Parcel H".
2) That the notes be revised on the final plat to indicate
that Parcels A through J will not be used for
time-sharing.
3) That the comments received from the Town Attorney be
complied with on the final plat.

SUBJECT: Preliminary Townhouse Plat, Lot 10, Block 5 Wildridge
Staff has reviewed the Preliminary Townhouse Plat submitted for Lot
10, Block 5 of Wildridge Subdivision and finds that it generally
meets the requirements of local subdivision regulations.
Approval of this plat is recommended subject to the following
conditions:
1. There are 2 Parcel "H`s" indicated on the plat.
The common Parcel H should be renamed on the final plat.
2. The notes should indicate on the final plat that all
units will not be used for time sharing not just Parcels
A through H.
3. That the comments received from the Town Attorney be
complied with on the final plat.
The following resolution containing the above conditions is
submitted for your consideration.
