BENCHMARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Real Estate Investors has submitted a sketch
plan for Lots 73/74, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision, and
WHEREAS,. the sketch plan has been reviewed by.the
Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally
in accord with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon'and
is recommended for approval and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council
of the Town of Avon that this sketch plan is hereby approved
subject to the following conditions:
- 1. That any future plats show easements as they actually
exist.
2. The bearing on the east line appears to be in error
by 40 and should be corrected on any future plats.
3. The distance figure on the south line is apparently
in error by 10' and should be corrected on any future
plats.
4. That any future plats show the location of the_drain-
age pipe that bisects this site. The plat should also
indicate any future plans for th ipe.

Staff Report to Town Council
Savoy Square Sketch Plans
Lot 73/74, Block 2,-Benchmark Subdivision
This is to certify that staff has reviewed the Sketch Plans
submitted for-Lots 73/74, Block 2, Benchmark by Mr ' ''William
Pierce for Real Estate Investors. After careful consideration
it has been determined that the Sketch Plan complies with the
general requirements of Chapter 16 Subdivisions of the Avon
Municipal Code. It is recommended that this plan be approved
subject to the following conditions:
(1) That any future plats show easements as they actually
exist.
(2) The bearing on the east line appears to be in error by
40 and should be corrected on any future plats.
(3) The distance figure on the south line is apparently in
error by 10' and should be corrected on any future plats.
(4) That any future plats show the location of the drainage
pipe that bisects this site. The plat should also indi-
cate any future plans for the pipe.
