RESOLUTION NO. 82-18
SERIES OF 1982
LOTS-67, 68 AND PART OF TRACT C, BLOCK 1,
BENCHMARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Benchmark at Beaver,Creek, a limited Partnership,
et al, has submitted a preliminary plan for the re-subdivision of
Lots 67, 68 and part of Tract C, Block 1, Benchmark Subdivision
addition to the Town of Avon, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plan has been reviewed by the
Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally'in
accord with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon and is
recommended for.-approval and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council of
the-Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved.subject to the
following conditions:
1. That this plat'comply with all requirements of Title 16
of the Avon Municipal Code.
2. That the.centerline of Curves 2 and 3 be redesigned for a
design speed of 40 mph without any superelevation.
3. That current Town Limits be shown.
That it be noted on the Final Plat that any property owner
requesting access onto Swift Gulch Road shall be responsible
for costs and construction of deceleration lanes or turning
lanes as may be required by the Town Engineer.
5. That the development along Swift Gulch Road shall.be'limited
to the traffic design capacity of the Swift Gulch Road -
Buck Creek Road -'Nottingham Road intersection. When traffic
counts reach the design capacity of.this intersection no.
additional development will be allowed which will add
additional traffic onto Swift Gulch Road.
6. That the Final Plat document any discrepancies in bearings
or distances between different surveys.
7. That a Construction Agreement stating cost sharing and
construction responsibilities be signed by all parties
concerned concurrent with road plan approvals of Swift Gulch
Road.
8. That the bearing data for the P.I. on Curve 12 be completed
and that the bearing on Curve 18 be,reversed.
