No. 1982-170 RESOLUTION NO. 82-17 SERIES OF 1982 RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH 17 LOT 34, BLOCK 2 BENCHMARK SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Warner Properties has submitted a preliminary plan for the re-subdivision of Lot 34, Block 2 Bdhchmdrk Subdivision to the Town of Avon, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plan has been reviewed by the Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally in accord with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon and is recommended for approval and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council of the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved subject to the follow- ing conditions: (1) That this property be platted in accord with all the requirements of Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code. (2) That if Buildings B & C are constructed separately in a phased development any final platting of either building shall include enough area to meet the minimum lot area and off-street parking requirements of the Avon Zoning Regulations. (3) That the developers and the Home Owners Association enter into an agreement with the Town of Avon to remove any snow not capable of being stored on-site to a location approved by the Town Engineer. (4) That all curve data include chord bearings and length. (5) That ownership is indicated on the Final Plat. (6) That additional bearings and dimensions be provided so that the building footprint can be determined. (7) That the area outside of Parcels B & C be shown as a G.C.E. or L.C.E. whichever the case may be. APPROVED AND DATED THE 28th day of September, 19 8.2 at Avon, Colorado.
