RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH
LOT 16, BLOCK 1 WILDRIDGE
WHEREAS, Decherd Development Corporation has submitted-
a preliminary plan for the re-subdivision of Lot 16, Block 1
Wildridge addition to the Town of Avon, and
WHEREAS; the preliminary plan has been reviewed by
the Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally
in.accord with the subdivision ordinance.of the Town of Avon
and.,is recommended for approval and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council
of the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby"approved subject
to the following conditions:'
1. That all easements' be labeled as to their type on the
final plat.'
2. That prior. to the issuance of a building permit, a
runoff treatment plan shall be submitted to, and
approved by, the Town Engineer.
3. That the final plat show, house and unit numbers.
4. That the two to one cross slope on the drive adjacent
to Unit #3 be flattened out and the new grade be
approved by the Town Engineer prior to'the issuance
of a building permit.
5. That general common areas be indicated on the final plat.
6.. That the current owner and the Saddle Ridge Homeowners
Association submit an agreement to remove to a site
approved by the Town Engineer any snow not capable of
being stored in the on=site storage areas.
7. That sufficient data be provided on the final plat so
that the ties to the corners of the structures can
accurately be located.
8. That the by-laws'of the Saddle Ridge Townhomes Association,
-Inc,..",- the Articles_-of='Incornoration-and.-Declaratibfi of
Covenants be approved by the Town Attorney.
