TOWN OF AVON
SERIES OF 1980
WHEREAS, the various permitted living unit densities shown on the
Official Plat and Map of the Town of Avon, Colorado, are subject to transfer
and reassignment from one lot to another with the approval and consent of the
Town Council of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, George Rosenberg, Attorney at Law, representing Metcalf S.A.
did request at the January 8, 1980 Town Council meeting for the Town of Avon,
Colorado, a density reduction on Lot 60, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
Subdivision; Type of Use - Residential/Commercial; Zoned Town Center (TC), from
80 hotel/lodge units to 50 condominium units to be operated as a hotel/lodge;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon on the above mentioned
date did approve the proposed density reduction; and
WHEREAS, the original application made by Rosenberg in this matter
indicated that the owner was Village Center S.A. and was in fact at the time of
the application and is presently, Metcalf S.A.; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Town Council of the Town of
Avon hereby approves said density reduction on Lot 60, Block 2, Benchmark at
Beaver Creek Subdivision; Type of Use - Residential/Commercial; Zoned Town
Center (TC), from 80 hotel/lodge units to 50 condominium units to be operated
as a hotel/lodge.
