SERIES OF 1980
A RESOLUTION CREATING A PARKS FUND FOR THE TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR THE TOWN
OF AVON, COLORADO, THAT:
There is hereby created and established a Parks
Fund for the Town of Avon, funds from which shall be used
to pay for landscaping, maintenance, recreational facili-
ties and equipment and related items in the parks located
in the Town of Avon. Further, that nothing contained in
this Resolution shall be interpreted to restrict or prevent
the expenditure of certain designated and earmarked funds,
such as those received from Vail Associates, Inc. or from
Benchmark, in compliance with the purposes for which those
funds were designated and received, such as the develop-
ment of Tract G, which is known officially as Nottingham
Park.
