AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WILDRIDGE SPA PLAN
BY AMENDING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF LOT
38, BLOCK 2, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION, FROM
DUPLEX USE TO TWO SINGLE FAMILY LOTS
WHEREAS, Ms. Rohda Schneiderman and Gayle Garrett,
owners of Lot 38, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision, has requested
a Zoning Amendment to allow Lot 38, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision
to be subdivided into two single family lots; and
WHEREAS, the change in use designation of a wildridge
property requires a SPA Amendment; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held by the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon, pursuant to notices
required by law; and
WHEREAS, following such public hearing the Planning and
Zoning Commission forwarded reports and recommendations on the
proposed Amendment to the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, as provided by law a public hearing was held
before the Town Council on the 26th day of March, 1991, at which
time the applicant and the public were given an opportunity to
express their opinions regarding the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council has determined that the
proposed SPA Amendment is:
1. Consistent with the objectives and purposes of the
zoning code; and
2. Deemed compatible with surrounding land uses and
uses in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Town Council
of the Town of Avon, Colorado, that:
The Wildridge SPA Plan shall be and is hereby amended
by the designation of Lot 38, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision as
two single family lots, to be known as Lot 38A, Block 2, Wildridge
Subdivision and as Lot 38B, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision.
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST READING, APPROVED AND ORDERED POSTED,
this 26th day of March, 1991, and a public hearing shall be held
at the regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado on the 9th day of April, 1991, at 7:30 P.M. in the
Municipal Building of the Town of Avon, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, AT 7:30 P.M. ON THE 9TH DAY OF APRIL,
1991, AT THE TOWN HALL FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION
OF ORDINANCE NO. 91-4, SERIES OF 1991:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WILDRIDGE SPA PLAN BY AMENDING THE LAND
USE DESIGNATION OF LOT 38, BLOCK 2, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION, FROM
DUPLEX USE TO TWO SINGLE FAMILY LOTS
A copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto, and is also on file
at the office of the Town Clerk, and may be inspected during regular
business hours.
Following this hearing the Council may consider final passage of this
Ordinance.
This notice is given and published by order of the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, Colorado.
