AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE TO Ai OF AVON; AMID ZONING :ER=
PROPERTY RECENTLY ANNEXED THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 85-2 , Series of 198 5 , the-'Town _
of Avon has annexed to the Town a parcel of real property described in Exhibit
A hereto (the "Parcel"); and
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon has, pursuant to Ordinance No. 79-12, Series of
1979, established a set of Zoning Districts and adopted a Zoning Map
reflecting such Zoning Districts; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon desires to designate a Zoning District
applicable to the Parcel and to amend the Zoning Map to reflect such
designation; and
WHEREAS, as provided by Ordinance No. 79-12, the Planning and Zoning Commissior
of the Town of'Avon has held a hearing concerning the proposed zoning of suu2
Parcel, and has recommended that the Parcel be zoned SPA (Specially Planned
Area).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO, THAT:
1. Classification of Parcel. The real property located in the Town of
Avon,, more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto, is hereby classified
SPA (Specially Planned Area), as provided in Ordinance No. 79-12 of the Town
of Avon. The Zoning Map of the Town of Avon is hereby amended by designating
the Parcel as SPA, as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B.
2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect in accordance with
the Charter of the Town of Avon, and the Town Clerk is directed to amend the
Zoning Map of the Town as provided herein.
INTRODUCED, PASSED, READ ON FIRST READING, APPROVED, AND ORDERED
PUBLISHED ONCE IN FULL, this 12th day of March , 1985 , and a public
hearing on this ordinance shall be held at the regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado, on the 9th day of April •
'198 5, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Offices of the Town.

Meridian, all in Eagle County, Colorado according to the Dependent Resurveys of
said Township and Ranges as approved on September 7, 1977 and September 13,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, AT 7:30 P.M. ON THE 9TH DAY OF
APRIL, 1985 AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 400 BENCHMARK ROAD, AVON,
COLORADO FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
NO. 85-3, SERIES OF 1985:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF AVON, AND
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY RECENTLY ANNEXED THERETO.
A copy of said ordinance is attached hereto and is also on file
at the office of the Town Clerk and may be inspected during
regular business hours.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage
of this ordinance.
This notice given and passed by order of the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, Colorado.
