AN ORDINANCE,-AMENDING CHAPTER 17.20, OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF-AVON AS
IT PERTAINS TO ALLOWED DENSITIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
AVON AS,FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 17.20.170 of the Avon
Municipal Code is repealed and re-enacted as follows:
Any provision of this Title 17 to the contrary
notwithstanding, the allowed densities designated on the,
official town plat as,amended from time to time shall'not
be exceeded. Dwelling or dccommodation units may be transferred
as_a special review use.. In the event of any transfer, whether
before or.after the effective date of this ordinance, the allowed
density shall be increased or-diminished to the:.extent of such
transfer.

OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, AT 7:30 P.M. ON'THE 23rd DAY OF
MARCH, 1982 AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 400 BENCHMARK ROAD; AVON,.
COLORADO FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
NO.#82-8, SERIES OF 1982:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.20, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
TOWN OF AVON AS IT PERTAINS TO ALLOWED'DENSITIES.
A,copy of said.Ordinance is attached hereto and is also on file at
the office of the Town Clerk and may be inspected during regular
business hours.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider final passage of the
Ordinance.
