BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that AVON METROPOLITAN
DISTRICT, a quasi - municipal corporation, party of the first part,
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration to it in hand paid, at or before the
ensealing or delivery of these presents by TOWN OF AVON, a
municipal corporation, party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by
these presents does grant and convey unto the said party of the
second part, its successors, administrators and assigns the
property described on the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by
reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, its successors, administrators and assigns forever.
And the said party of the first part, does, for itself, its
successors, administrators and assigns, covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the second part, its successors,
administrators and assigns, to WARRANT AND DEFEND the sale of said
property, goods and chattels, hereby made unto the said party of
the second part, its successors, administrators and assigns,
against all and every person or persons whosoever.
