ADDED: b. Resolution No. 06-37A, Series of 2006, Resolution in Opposition to the 2006 Ballot Issue
known as "Term Limits for Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Judges, " Amendment 40 to
the Colorado Constitution, that would politicize the Appellate Courts and Adversely Impact
the Judicial Process
ADDED: c. Resolution No. 06-39A, Series of 2006, Resolution in Opposition to the 2006 Ballot Issue
known as "Petitions," Amendment 28 to the Colorado Constitution, that would make
changes to the petitioning process and adversely impact the governmental process of the
Town of Avon and other Colorado Municipalities and Districts

a. Renewal Energy Purchase (Norm Wood, Town Engineer) Staff is proposing to purchase energy for
a renewable source (wind power electricity) to continue Avon's leadership in presenting & enhancing
the environment
