Public Hearing on the following matter will be held and considered at the meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Commisison of the Town of Avon, on June 18, 1996 on the Chateau St. Claire Annexation, PUD
Zoning, Sketch Plan/Preliminary Plan and PUD Plan. The meeting is as 7:30 P.M. in the Avon Municipal
Cnrnnl-~x, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon Colorado, at which time and place you are hereby invited to be
present and be heard.
