You are hereby notified pursuant to the provisions of Section
17.38.020B of the Avon Municipal Code, that a Public Hearing on the
following matter will be held and considered at the meeting of the
Planning and toning Commission, of the Town of Avon, on April 3,
1990, at 7:30 PM, in the Avon Municipal Complex, '400 Benchmark
Road, Avon, Colorado, at which time and place you are hereby
invited to be present and be heard.
PROPERTY OWNER: Lodge at Avon Associates
-APPLICANT: BMB Properties, Inc.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: The Lodge at Avon Subdivision,
Lot 1, Block 1, consisting of
2.63+ acres
ADDRESS OF PROPERTY: 0020 Benchmark Road, Avon, Co.
REQUESTED VARIANCES: To permit the following paving
encroachments into, required
setback areas:
a) To permit the service road
paving circling the store facade
of the proposed Avon Towne
Square retail office building,
to encroach into the required
25 foot front yard setback along
the easterly property line (Avon
Road) for a distance of
approximately 130 feet.
b) To permit the parking lot
paving along the southerly
property line (railroad row) to
encroach into the required 10
foot rear yard setback.
c) To permit 100 feet of the
free standing restaurant
building pad located along the
northerly property line and
parallel to Benchmark Road
(northeast corner of property)
to encroach 10 feet into the
required 25 foot front yard
setback and, further, to assume
that the outer perimeter of the
building pad as shown be
considered thelimits of the
building line when developed.

a written statement with the

In order to be considered by the

received in the Town Offices no
later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday,
April 3, 1990
