YOU'are hereby notified pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No.#12, Series of 1979, that the following matter will
be heard and considered contingent upon the action of the Design
Review Board of the January 6, 1982 meeting. This meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Avon, on January 12, 1982, at 7:30 P.M. in the
Town Municipal Council Chambers, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon,-Colorado
81620 at which time and place you are hereby invited to be present.

REQUESTED,CHANGE: Approval of zoning a portion of the property
