Series of 1979, that a public hearing on the Matter of the
application for a variance by the owners of Lot 60, Block. 2,
Benchmark at Beaver Creek. Subdivision, Town of Avon, will be
helm at the regular meeting of the Town of Avon Design Review
Board on Wednesday, August 19, 1981, at 7:30 p.m., in the
Council Chambers of the Avon Municipal Building, 0900 Benchmark
Road, Avon.
You are further notified that a copy of the
application for the variance requested is presently on file at
the Town Offices, 0900 Benchmark. Road, Avon, and may also be
obtained by contacting the attorney for the applicant, John M.
Blish, P.O. Box 2083, Vail, CO 81608 or at 303/999-5098.
The requested variance consists of:
(1) An intrusion by the roof and required exit
stairways into a limited portion of the north (front) setback..
This intrusion extends forward not more than six feet and will
occur no lower than 35 feet above the finished grade.
(2) An intrusion by the roof and private decks into
a limited portion of the south (rear) setback.. This intrusion
extends to the south not more than six feet and will occur in
such a manner that any item so intruding that is located less
than 22 feet above the finished grade will be removable to
permit access.
