You are hereby notified pursuant to the provisions
of Ordinance Number 12, Series of 1979, that the following
matter will be heard and considered at the meeting of the Design
Review Board of the Town of Avon, on April-1, 1981, at 7230 p.m#
in the Town Offices, 0082 East Beaver Creek. Boulevard, Benchmark
Center, Avon, Colorado, at which time and place you are hereby
invited to be present.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION*# Lot 60, Block. 2, Benchmark. Subdivision,
Avon, Colorado.
REQUESTED CHANGE*' The Applicant is seeking permission to begin
construction of a fifty (50) condominium !snit project to be
operated as a hotel/lodge. A form of what is referred to as
"time-sharing" in some of the Town of Avon Ordinances, e.g.
Ordinance Nos. 8 and 14, Series of 1980, will be involved at
some phase of this project. The Applicant requests*#
(1) That the entire "TC" (Town Center) zoned area be
granted the right to have "time-sharing" as a special review
use, or, in the alternative,
(2) That the subject property be permitted to have
"time-sharing" as a special review use without the rezoning of
all of the "TC" (Town Center) zoned property in the Town of
Avon, or, in the alternative,
(3) That the subject property be rezoned to the

"RHDC" (Residential High Density and Commercial) classification
in which "time-sharing" is presently a Special Review Use
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance too. 14, Series of 1980.
DEADLINE'# If you wish to protest the proposed change, you may
appear personally or by designated agent at the public hearing
on April It 1981, OR you may file a written statement with the
Town Clerk., Town of Avon, P*O. Box D, Avon, CO 81620. In order
to be considered by the Design Review Board, such written
statement must be received in the Town Offices no later than
Wednesday, April It 1981.
