You are hereby notified pursuant to the provisions-
of Ordinance Number 12, Series of 1979, that the following
matter will be heard and considered at the meeting of the
Design Review Board of the Town of Avon, on March 18, 1981,
at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Offices, 0083 East Beaver
Creek Boulevard, Benchmark Center, Avon, Colorado, at which
time and place you are hereby invited to be present.

PROPERTY: Lot 3, Block 1, Benchmark Subdivision
Requested Change:
1. Open space change: RN-DC zoned lot is required.to have
25% of lot size available for open space (landscaped area).
This project has 24.5% of open space.
2. Off-Street Loading Spaces: Ordinance 79-12, Section 5.3,
requires 1 loading space per each 5000 S.F. of commercial/
warehouse building. This project has been provided with two
(2) loading spaces, where four '(4) are required.
3. Off-Street Parking: Ordinance 79-12, Section 5.3, requires
this project to have 55.24 (56)--spaces; 55 have been provided.
This project is seeking a change for 1 space or .43% of
this-requirement.
DEADLINE: If you wish to protest the proposed change, you may
appear per or by designated agent at the public
hearing on Iā¢larch 18, 1981, OR you may file a written
statement with the Town Clerk, Town Of Avon, P.O. Box
D, Avon, CO 81620. In order to be considered by the
Design Review Board, such written statement must
be received in the Town Offices no later than
Wednesday, March 18, 1981.
