NOTICE OF HEARING
You are hereby notified pursuant to the provisions
of Ordinance No. 12, Series of 1979, that the following
matter will be heard and considered at the meeting of the
Design Review Board of the Town of Avon, on November 5, 1980,
at 7:30 p.m., in the town offices, 0083 East Beaver Creek
Boulevard, Benchmark Center, Avon, Colorado, at which time
and place you are hereby invited to be present.
APPLICANT: Empire Savings, Building and Loan
Association
PROPERTY: Lot 70, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision
Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado.
REQUESTED CHANGE: Empire Savings is requesting a zoning
change to allow the construction of a
new one story building which projects
one corner approximately five feet (5')
into a front setback which is'twenty -five
feet (25') in width. (See attached plan.)
DEADLINE: If you wish to protest the proposed change,
you may appear personally or by designated
agent at the public hearing on November 5,
1980 OR you may file a written statement

to be considered by the Design Review
Board, such written statement must be
