AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2, SERIES OF 1979;
PROVIDING THAT BONDS POSTED PURSUANT TO SECTION 303(f)
SHALL BE TO INSURE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE; FURTHER PROVIDING THAT
THE LICENSES ISSUED PURSUANT TO SECTION 303(f) OF ORDINANCE
NU14BER 2, SERIES OF 1979, SHALL BE VALID FOR A PERIOD
