The shed would be approximately 90 feet in length and encroach 8 feet into the setback. DESIGN REVIEW VII. Wildstar Single-family Residences Applicant: Jeffrey Manley, Martin Manley Architects/ Owner: Wildavon Enterprises, LLC Description: A sketch design proposal to build phase I of the Wildstar development, which will include three (3) single-family homes with a shared driveway off Wildwood Road.
