Applicant: Greg Macik, TAB and Associates Owner: ASE, Inc.
Description: Greg Macik is proposing a new duplex on Longsun Lane. The proposed building
measures approximately 8,497 square feet with a maximum building height of 31'8". The proposed
materials include a stucco finish with a combination of stone veneer and wood siding.
