Property Location: Lot 4, Riverfront Subdivision / 254 Riverfront Lane
Applicant: Zehren & Associates / Owner: East West Partners
Description: Follow-up to Final Design approval condition for the Riverfront Lodge. The project is
comprised of 75 whole ownership units with underground parking garage. This item was first
reviewed by the Commission at their May 16, 2006 meeting, and later reviewed and approved at the
October 3, 2006 Commission meeting. An on-site mockup review for this agenda item took place at
that meeting, but was not formally approved. Action is now required prior to removal of the mockup.
IX. PUD Amendment — NOTICED PUBLIC HEARING
Property Location: Madison Partners PUD / Highway 6 & 24
Applicant: Larry Vineyard, Premier Holdings LLC/Owner: Craig Folson
Description: The applicant, Premier Property Holdings LLC, is proposing a phased 112 unit
condominium project, including a restaurant, on the Folson Annexation Parcel. The development is
titled Madison Partners PUD. The property is immediately east of the 49 unit Gates on Beaver Creek
condominium project currently under construction. As proposed, there are three phases to the project
with no timeframe for completion. The first phase includes 58 condominium units with underground
parking. The second and third phase would each include 27 units respectively. Phase two would
include the aforementioned restaurant of at least 3,000 square feet.
