The applicant was present to answer questions and talk about the event. Chairman Carroll opened the public hearing, no comments were made and the hearing was closed. Board member Dantas moved to approve the Special Events Permit License to sell malt vinous, spirituous liquors for the Vail Valley Charitable Fund; Board member Goulding seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 5.2 Applicant: Beaver Creek Resort Company Event Name & Location: Beaver Creek Rodeo at Traer Creek, Lot 1, Avon Event Date & Time: June 27, July 2,11,18, August 1, 8,15, 2013 from 4 pm until 10 pm Event Manager: Elizabeth Jones Permit Type: Malt, Vinous & Spirituous Liquor It was noted that all application materials were in order. It was noted that all application materials were in order. The applicant represented by Wendy Goulding was present to answer questions and talk about the event. Chairman Carroll opened the public hearing, no comments were made and the hearing was closed. Board member Wolfe moved to approve the Special Events Permit License to sell malt vinous, spirituous liquors for the Vail Valley Young Professionals Association; Board member Reynolds seconded the motion and it passed unanimously (Goulding abstained). 6. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Chairman Rich Carroll called the meeting to order at 7 PM. A roll call was taken and Board members present were Dave Dantas, Chris Evans, Jennie Fancher, Todd Goulding, Buz Reynolds and Jake Wolf. Also present were Town Manager Virginia Egger, Town Attorney Eric Heil, Assistant IlTown Manager /Town Clerk Patty McKenny, Finance Director Scott Wright, Town Engineer Justin Hildreth, Community Relations Officer Jaime Walker, as well as other staff members and the public. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA There were no changes to the agenda. j. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. 4. RENEWAL LIQUOR LICENSES 4.1 YERF LLC, d /b /a Ticino Italian Restaurant, loo W. Beaver Creek Blvd Unit 127, Manager: Charles Frey, Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License It was noted that all application materials were in order. Board member Evans moved to approve the Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License for YERF LLC, d /b /a Ticino Italian Restaurant; Board member Goulding seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 4.2 TCF 1 LLC, d /b /a Castle Peak Grille, o1o1 Fawcett Road #loo, Manager: Daniel Leary, Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License It was noted that all application materials were in order. Board member Goulding moved to approve the Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License for TCF 1 LLC, d /b /a Castle Peak Grille; Board member Wolf seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 4.3 East West Resort LLC, & Avon Riverfront LLC, d /b /a Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa & Cima, 126 Riverfront Lane, Manager: John Evans, Resort Complex Liquor License Chairman Carroll stepped down from the Authority at this time due to a conflict of interest. It was noted that all application materials were in order. Board member Evans moved to approve the Resort Complex Liquor License for East West Resort LLC, & Avon Riverfront LLC, d /b /a Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa & Cima; Board member Reynolds seconded the motion and it passed unanimously by those present (Carroll abstained). 4.4 Benchmark Liquors Inc., d /b /a Beaver Liquors, 110 East Beaver Creek Blvd, Manager: David Courtney, Retail Liquor Store License Chairman Carroll returned to the Authority meeting at this time. It was noted that all application materials were in order. Board member Evans moved to approve the Retail Liquor Store License for Benchmark Liquors Inc. d /b /a Beaver Liquors; Board member Reynolds seconded the motion an CIA passed unanimously. 5.
