The following changes are hereby made to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:
JUSTIFICATION:
Picnic Pavilion Metal Roof: ($1,290.45)
After approval of the Picnic Pavilion submittal, the Town requested that the Contractor change
the material of the roof from asphalt shingles to a metal roof. For fire mitigation purposes, the
Town prefers metal roofs to asphalt shingles roofs as the metal roofs provide significant fire
safety benefits. The Contractor supplied the invoice (Exhibit A) showing the additional cost to
include a metal roof and has added 5% to cover administrative costs. The 5% for administrative
costs is reasonable and the Town accepts the total cost for the metal roof + admin costs.
Change to CONTRACT PRICE: $_1,290.45_
Original CONTRACT PRICE: $_710,948_
Current CONTRACT PRICE adjusted by previous CHANGE ORDER: $_710.948_
The CONTRACT PRICE due to this CHANGE ORDER will be increased by $_1,290.45.
The new CONTRACT PRICE including this CHANGE ORDER will be $_712,237.45.
Change to CONTRACT TIME:
The CONTRACT TIME will be increased by 0 calendar days.
The date for completion of all work will be 12/20/25 (Date).
