Dear Eva:
Zehren and Associates is submitting a Change Order for additional services provided in support of the project
approvals required by ERWSD for the drinking fountain flow rate calculations. This change order also
includes fees for the structural engineer review of the concrete mix design. These services were not included
in the original scope of work. This Change Order will be reflected in the Professional Service Agreement for
Design of Eaglebend Pocket Park Expansion and Renovation project located in Avon, CO. The following
scopes of work have already been completed and are retroactively being included this change order:
Additional Services:
MEP Engineering
1. Analysis and flow rate calculations for the drinking fountain.
2. Review of the backflow preventer submittal.
3. Diagrammatic detail of the water meter, backflow preventer, and balancing valve for drinking
fountain.
Total Additional design fee = $2,000
Total Additional Service Fees for MEP Engineering - $2,000
Construction Administration and Observation Services
Structural Scope
Review of the concrete mix design submittals
