Dear Eva:
Zehren and Associates is submitting a Change Order Request to the Professional Service Agreement for
Design of Eaglebend Pocket Park Expansion and Renovation project located in Avon, CO. We are requesting
additional fees to complete the requested Architectural and Structural design of the porta-potty enclosure
that was not included in the original scope of work. The following tasks are proposed to be completed under
this change order:
1. Architectural construction drawings of the porta-potty enclosure. (Sections, plan, and elevations)
2. Structural Engineering and foundation design for the porta-potty enclosure in coordination with the
Architectural drawings.
3. Revisions to the Site and Grading Plans in coordination with porta-potty enclosure.
Change in Contract Price:
Original Contract Price: $54,758
Increase of this Change Order: $5,300
New Contract Price: $60,058
