We are requesting additional fees to complete the requested Architectural and Structural design of the porta-potty enclosure that was not included in the original scope of work. The following tasks are proposed to be completed under this change order: 1. Architectural construction drawings of the porta-potty enclosure. (Sections, plan, and elevations) 2. Structural Engineering and foundation design for the porta-potty enclosure in coordination with the Architectural drawings. 3. Revisions to the Site and Grading Plans in coordination with porta-potty enclosure.
