Dear Ryan:
Zehren and Associates is submitting a Change Order Request to the Professional Service Agreement for
Design of Eaglebend Pocket Park Expansion and Renovation project located in Avon, CO. We are requesting
additional fees to complete additional surveying of the site that our survey consultant did not include in their
original scope of work and to survey an area that was not included in the original design Scope of Work for
this project. The following tasks are proposed to be completed under this change order:
1. Complete the topographic survey of the park expansion parcel (Tract O-2)
2. Expand the topographic survey to include the area to the south and west of the cul-de-sac in
anticipation of the need for the design of parking spaces in this area, along with an ADA accessible
sidewalk connection to the park.
3. Complete one update to the topographic survey in the spring of 2024 to capture the anticipated
changes being made to the expansion site (Tract O-2) in relation to the completion of the site work
on the adjacent McGrady Acres Townhome Project to the east.
Change in Contract Price:
Original Contract Price: $52,448
Increase of this Change Order: $2,310
