25.05.28 MA GM Asphalt Repair LLCNOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 C.R.S. I 973, the Town
of Avon, Colorado, has established June 11, 2025 as the date of final settlement with
GM Asphalt Repair, LLC, a Colorado contractor, for the Swift Gulch Road Asphalt
Overlay Project, situated in the Town of Avon, Eagle County, State of Colorado. The
Swift Gulch road Asphalt Overlay Project consisted of removal & disposal of existing
asphalt ditch paving, saw cutting, construct new 30” curb & gutter, provide compacted
embankment behind new curb & gutter, class 6 road base shoulder, crack milling &
repair, full depth asphalt repair and leveling, adjustment of all manholes and valve
boxes to ¼” below proposed overlay, 2 inch asphalt overlay, white and yellow paint
striping, replacement of guardrail, top soil and revegetation.
Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the
form of a written affidavit and must be received by the Engineering Director, of the
Town of Avon at Town Hall, 100 Mikaela Way, P.O. Box 975, Avon, Colorado 81620,
on or before 5:00 PM of the final settlement date above.
