Public Hearing: Early Childhood Education Center Funding Agreement (Chief Finance Officer Paul Redmond) 6. MINUTES 6.1. Approval of April 14, 2025 Downtown Development Authority Meeting Minutes (Chief Finance Officer Paul Redmond) 7. Executive Session 7.1. For the purpose of potential acquisition of real property in accordance with C.R.S. Section 24-6- 402(4)(a) concerning property in the Town Core. 8. ADJOURN Public Comments: Avon DDA agendas shall include a general item labeled "Public Comment" near the beginning of all Board meetings. Members of the public who wish to provide comments to the Board greater than three minutes are encouraged to schedule time in advance on the agenda and to provide written comments and other appropriate materials to the Board in advance of the Board meeting.
