The addition of geotechnical testing services for the existing, on-site soil materials. The CO
amount reflects the cost from CMT plus a 5% markup.
Justification: The previous town engineer opted to delay the geotechnical investigation to the start
of construction instead of the start of design. This was overlooked during the bidding and
contracting process.
