PRESENT, ALSO PRESENT WERE TOwNATTORNEY, NINA WILLIAMS, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR MATT

COMMISSIONER GLANER MADE A MOTION TO NOMINATE ANTHONY SEKINGER FOR CHAIRPERSON.
COMMISSIONER HYATT SECONDED THE MOTION, AND THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY, 6-0. COMMISSIONER
GLANER MADE A MOTION TO NOMINATE BRIAN SIPES FOR VICE -CHAIR. COMMISSIONER HYATT SECONDED THE
