Hill has applied for approval of a satellite dish TV antenna on Lot 21, Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision. The six (6) foot diameter satellite dish has already been installed at the northwest corner of the residence. STAFF COMMENTS: The Planning and Zoning Rules and Regulations provide for the installation of satellite dish antennae. Those guidelines and responses from Staff concerning this application are listed below: 1. All antennas shall be located so as to be screened from view from any public right-of-way or neighboring property. All wiring and cable related to antenna installation shall be installed underground or be incorporated entirely within the structure: No information has been received on the installation of this satellite dish. 3. The use of mesh antennas is encouraged. No information has been received regarding the type of satellite dish. 4.
