RESOLUTION 24-I1
APPROVING THE UPDATED COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council ("Council") may enact and update fee schedules involved
with all application processes as stipulated in Chapter 7 and Chapter 15 of the Avon Municipal
Code; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that a revised fee schedule is necessary so that the fees
more accurately the actual cost incurred by the Town of Avon for various Development
applications adopt fees that reflect the cost of labor and fee practices of the Community
Development Department; and,
WHEREAS, the fee schedule was last adopted by Council by Resolution 20-35 Community
Development Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, Council finds that the adoption of a fee schedule which more accurately reflects
the actual costs incurred by the Town for development application review under the Avon
Development Code will promote the health, safety and general welfare of the Town of Avon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN OF AVON that the Avon Town
Council adopts the updated Community Development Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A,
which shall supersede in its entirety the Community Development Fee Schedule adopted by
Resolution 20-35.
