Approximately 25 square feet of sign, 8 feet above the ground, natural redwood, chamois color letters. STAFF COMMENTS: Residential Project Entrance Sign, Section 15.28.040 (J) of the Avon Municipal Code states that 32 square feet of sign is appropriate and 8 feet high. The proposed Buck Creek Condominium sign conforms to the Avon Sign Code and Staff recommends approval. Development Sign is being proposed. 15.8 square feet (16 square feet allowed), 6 feet, 3 inches high (8 feet allowed). STAFF COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATION: The proposed Development Sign for the Folson Property conforms to the Avon Sign Code and the colors seem attractive, therefore the Staff recommends approval.
