BACKGROUND INFORMATION & LOCATION:
Residential Project Entrance Sign to be located on Lot 15, Block 2, Benchmark
at Beaver Creek for Buck Creek Condominiums.
Approximately 25 square feet of sign, 8 feet above the ground, natural redwood,
chamois color letters.
STAFF COMMENTS:
Residential Project Entrance Sign, Section 15.28.040 (J) of the Avon Municipal
Code states that 32 square feet of sign is appropriate and 8 feet high.
The proposed Buck Creek Condominium sign conforms to the Avon Sign Code and
Staff recommends approval.

Folson Property which is located on the south side of Highway 6, directly south
of the proposed Amoco Service Station.
Development Sign is being proposed.
15.8 square feet (16 square feet allowed), 6 feet, 3 inches high (8 feet allowed).
STAFF COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATION:
The proposed Development Sign for the Folson Property conforms to the Avon Sign
Code and the colors seem attractive, therefore the Staff recommends approval.
